PLS HELP US!!Our daughter, Nur Aqeelah aged 11, met with an accident in school, which resulted in blood clot in her left hand artery. She underwent 3 different surgeries in the last 1 month but her situation has gotten worse. She had a stroke in October 2009 and was in ICU for 3 days, this has impacted her brain activities, which has impaired her bodily function. After the stroke, Aqeelah is unable focus her eyes, has difficulty doing simple tasks like standing straight and gangrene sets in her left hand, which could result in amputation if not treated immediately. To survive, she needs daily theraphy in a hyperbaric chamber to regulate her blood flow and provide the much needed oxygen to her brain. The daily theraphy itself cost RM500 per session and she needs 40 sessions. She also needs to undergo 1 major operation to fix her nerve which has been identified as major cause for her condition now. The cost for this operation is estimated between RM40,000 to RM60,000. I have gone to many avenues to seek help but HELP is not coming fast enough for our daughter and we fear for her life. I plead to all good Malaysians out there to help us save Nur Aqeelah and give her a chance to have a normal life.
